Located in Cowfold Village Hall, my classes offer a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my sessions cater to individuals of all abilities, guiding you on a journey towards improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being
