Nutrition and fat loss coaching

Having me as your coach means you will have me in your corner wherever you are in the world, guiding you to your goal. The best part being, it’s completely bespoke to you.
Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or simply become more sculpted and confident, it'll be done to suit your lifestyle. I recognise that your fitness has to fit in around your family, work and social life and we work together to find a way that suits you, meaning it will be both enjoyable and sustainable.
So, what does this service include?
- An initial consultation call and form to discuss your goals, previous gym experience, general eating habits and lifestyle (work/daily life). From this information I can design your personal programme.
- You will have access to the 'BatesFit' Coaching App which includes:
- Customised training programmes that are designed just for you, based on your current fitness/strength ability and your personal goals/schedule.
- Instructional videos with detailed explanations on how to perform all the exercises on your workout plan properly, as well as accompanying images.
- Evaluation of your exercise technique through videos you send to me, with feedback to ensure proper form and help you avoid injuries.
- I will send you mobility exercises and stretches that are personally designed for you and your body’s ability/needs.
- Meal plans that are completely bespoke to you and your dietary requirements. They will include calorie goals and will do everything I can to make sure you have foods in the plan you actually want to eat and are easy to cook. The plan will be tailored to your goals (fat loss/muscle gain).
- You also will have access to my 'batesfit' recipe pamphlet, with options of low calorie/high protein meals as well as snacks.
- 24/7 accessibility to me through WhatsApp, you can message me anytime you need. If you have any questions/worries I will just be a tap away! I am your fitness/lifestyle/weight loss coach, I will be monitoring your progress daily and keeping you on track!
- Weekly check in questionnaire, making sure you are keeping on track with your gym and nutritional plan.
- Weekly check in done by myself to go over the progress you have made from the previous week.
- Once a month we will have a call over the phone to discuss challenges/identify obstacles/review your next gym plan and answer any questions you have.
- Progress tracking through weigh ins/progress pictures/gym progress analysis.

Weekly short term goal setting as well as long term goal setting.
- Access to my educational e-books, e.g- hormone guide for training, nutritional guide, guide on how to track calories, guide on eating out, guide on training volume and intensity etc.

What are my general goals for you as a client?
- To encourage healthy habits and behaviour changes around food and exercise that are manageable and sustainable, so that long term you will always be happy and in shape.
- NO QUICK FIXES! I am not about a 4-week crash diet that will make you lose fat fast. This will take time and you will need to be patient and consistent, but it will pay off. If you want to lose weight properly and create a long-term change then this will take time. This service is for people with long term goals of 6 to 8 months.
- Build a better relationship with yourself, in terms of self-esteem, confidence and self-love.
The programmes can be gym or home based, depending on what equipment you have access to.
